Introduction: Origami Lotus Flower (Valentine's Day)

About: Hello friends! On my instructorless page you will find origami, arts, and craft tutorials. While my older content is related to craft and origami, my newer posts will be about how to draw and paint. I will…

This video is an easy to understand, step by step, origami tutorial on to make an origami lotus flower. This origami is perfect for valentiens day. For more videos like this one, visit http://www.youtube.com/user/tommyclancygames?feature=mhee

Tips: Take care of your folds at the beginning, and the rest should be fairly easy if you follow the tutorial exactly. Making careful folds, and making sure everything is properly aligned will allow you to get best results for the final product. This rule is something that should probably be kept in mind when making any origami model. Other than that, have fun!

thank you so much for the "lots of petals" lotus flower tutorial! i'm making a bouquet of origami flowers for my boyfriend for valentine's day (which is tomorrow!) but couldn't find any well-instructed videos. this was perfect! since he's a musician, i plan on using sheet music instead of red paper, but this was so amazingly helpful! please keep on posting origami videos! you saved my valentine's day :)

It would be good if you had actual instructions that we could download, not just a link to a video. That would be helpful for some of us who have kids and don't want them sitting in front of Youtube.

That's a great point. I'll work on adding instructions to my posts. Thanks for the feedback!
