Introduction: Origami Shirt
All you need for this cool project is a rectangular piece of paper.
Step 1:
Fold the paper in half and then open the paper up. This will create a crease down the middle of the paper.
Step 2:
Fold the sides of the paper in to the crease that you made in step 1. Then open the paper up. There will now be creases dividing the paper into quarters.
Step 3:
Fold the bottom two corners of the paper in to the creases you made in step 2.
Step 4:
Make a fold about half an inch from the top of the paper going to the back of the paper.
Step 5:
Fold the sides of the paper into the middle crease that was made in step 1.
Step 6:
Make a fold about half an inch from the top of the paper going to the back.
Step 7:
This step can be tricky so look at all the pictures first. Take the corners marked A and B in the image and pinch these two corners together. This will make the bottom dotted lines come out of the paper. Make a fold along the bottom dotted lines first and then fold the paper up along the upper dotted lines.
Step 8:
Fold the top two corners at an angle to the middle of the page. This will form the collar of the shirt.
Step 9:
Fold the entire bottom half up along the dotted line. Tuck the bottom half of the paper under the collar that was made in step 8.
Step 10:
Congratulations!!! You did it. Feel free to decorate your shirt and show it off to all your friends.
