Introduction: Original Xbox Acrylic Replacement Case
I created this for the original xbox case as a replacement design. I used to have access to a laser and this was one of my more favorite designs. It took a few days of measurements and a bit of acrylic to get it right but it was solid once it was completed.

This is a late reply - could you tell me the size of the acrylic? I have a K40 and was wondering if this would fit - and what thickness acrylic is this??

How did you get that awesome effect with the translucent decal and the Halo 2 logo?
Reply 8 years ago on Introduction
It's two lids, the halo2 logo is under the etched one. When the lights are off, it shows the etching but when they are on, it shows the logo design.
