Introduction: PLASTIC CARRY BAG FLOWERS WITH VASE AS HOME DECOR

Hi guys,
-In these Instructables, I want to share with you, how I did the home decor by using plastic carry bags.
-in our home, there is more amount(some kg) of carry bags, we can't do destruct or composter them.
-But we can reuse them in many ways,
- in such one of the ways of Reuse, I use this plastic carry bags as hone decor.

Supplies

Plastic carry bags (various colours),
Basic craft tools(scissors, ruler, pencil...etc),
Fevibond(glue),
Iron box,
A4 paper sheet,
Old CDs,
Woollen threads(various colours),
Floral wires,
Floral tape.

Step 1: GATHER YOUR PLASTIC BAGS

In our home, there are lots (some 100's) number of carry bags, gather them.

Step 2: CHOOSE THE RIGHT CARRY BAGS

In that, some of them are tear and can't use in condition, from that choose right condition of carry bags.

Step 3: PREPARE THEM TO PROCESS

Prepare the selected carry bags to process, remove if abstract are there or any tiny particles or all kind of dust.

Step 4: CUT AND REMOVE UNNECESSARY PARTS OF CARRY BAG

Cut and remove, both handles and bottom side of carry bags, we use only the middle portion of carry bags.

Step 5: HOT PRESSING

Plastic carry bag sides are too thin, it's difficult to convert as flowers.it's easy if the Two sides are on a single sheet.
To do this hot pressing is done by using the iron box.
Place the carry bag in between 2 A4 sheets and do the hot pressing, this avoids melting of carry bags due to heat.
Use normal heat(cotton) to do the hot pressing.

Step 6: MARK AND CUT - REMOVE UNSHAPED SIDES OF CARRY BAGS

After completing hot pressing Mark and cut, remove unshaped sides of carry bags, get ready for flower making.

Step 7: PEDALS MAKING (SINGLE PEDAL EXPLAINED)

-Cut the carry bags, dimensions are shown in images.
-Adding various colours increases the beauty of flowers,
-Here colours may vary, but the dimensions and process remain the same.
1, cut the carry bags with a given dimension.
2, join the two Ends inside with glue.
3, cut and remove the triangular shape, use a cone for flower making.
4, join Both ends A and B with origin 'o'(half-fold)
Then join A and O(half-fold), then join B and O(half-fold).
5, thus Cone looks like.
6, cut and remove corners and form pedals in a cone.
7, thus the cone looks like.
8, curl the pedals.
9, thus pedals of a flower is done.


Step 8: STAMEN AND PISTIL MAKING

Cut the carry bags with dimensions are shown in images,
Here also cut various colours.
1, cut the carry bags with given dimensions,
2, make also half marking,
3, cut it longitudinally up to half marking it into small pieces,
4, curl it,
5, thus stamen and pistil look like.

Step 9: SEPALS MAKING

Cut the carry bags with dimensions that are shown in the image.
Use green colour carry bags to do making of sepals and looks like real flowers when using them.
1, cut the green carry bags with given dimensions,
2, make triangular edges to 1cm from top.

Step 10: LEAF MAKING

Cut the carry bags dimensions are shown in the images.
Here also use green colour carry bags to do making of leaves.
1, cut the green colour carry bags with given dimensions,
2, make grass leaves formation in that and curl it.

Step 11: FLOWERS ASSEMBLE (SINGLE FLOWER EXPLAINED)

1, start flowers assemble with 20cm floral wire,
2, then add the stamen and pistils with wire by glue,
3, then add pedals with glue,
4, now flowers look like,
5 add sepals with glue,
6, add leaves with glue,
7, roll flower stream with floral tape (if needed).

Step 12: BUNCH OF FLOWERS ARRANGEMENT

Arrange all flowers and form bunch of flowers by using woollen thread.

Step 13: FLOWER VASE MAKING

Flower vases are also made from unnecessary materials to our home.
1, gather CD s(2) and plastic bottles,
2, cut and remove the plastic bottle opener end,
3, Join both CD s and bottles by glue,
4, decorate it by using colour woollen threads.

Step 14: FINISHED

Add a bunch of flowers into a vase and place it in a home showcase or Hall as decor.
It looks eye-catching and something a new way of reusing plastics.
