POPSICLE STUFFED ICECREAM

Hey! My name is Daniel and I am a "Dad with a Mission". During the summer time vacation from school (2 months), I leave my work and stay home with my two children (we have been doing this for the last 7 years, they are now 8.5 and 7 YO). We have discussed the "Frozen treats challenge by INSTRUCTABLES" since its very beginning, and the first day of the vacation was the day we have planned to challenge ourselves.

We started the morning by looking over the other treats uploaded, and begun mind-storming on what we should do. Lucky for me, they didn't chose my option (cast building and elaborated steps program), but something they have invented: POPSICLE STUFFED ICE CREAM. So simple! I really liked that one and off we went.

We Have made some sketches and went to buy the ingredients What you need:

1. One big pile of ice cream

2. any Popsicle that you like

3. a mold

4. some chocolate to pour on top

Step 1: EASY DEFROSTING

Step #1 is very east:

you need to defrost the ingredients so you can:

1. pull the wooden stick put from the Popsicle

2. design the ice cream (it needs to be soft)

some thing funny (or not so): the ice cream softened but didn't melt... I guess its preservation ingredients, yuk, not healthy.

Step 2: STUFFING (GETTING THE LAYERS DONE)

Very easy!

1. Get any mold you like

2. Spread ice cream on bottom (if you have two colors, use one)

3. Set the Popsicle on top of the first layer

4. Spread the second ice cream layer (preferably a different color)

5. Put in the freezer

Step 3: CHOCOLATE TOPPING

You need:

Any chocolate

1. Melt it

2. Spread it*

3. Put it in the freezer again (2 hours)

*Spreading the chocolate when still hot will give you a psychedelic texture - (I like!)

Step 4: INDULGING
