Step 1: Supplies
4 Bag clips
4 Buttons
2 Velcro strips (40 cm)
Viscoelastic sheet (54x38 cm)
Scuba fabric (150x200 cm)
Measuring tape
knife
scissors
Step 2: Cutting of the Fill
Use a scissors or a knife and cut the visco sheet according to the sizes in the picture.
The numbers written on the parts will be used later on.
Step 3: Sizes- Part 1
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 4: Sizes- Part 2
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 5: Sizes- Part 3
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 6: Sizes- Part 4
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 7: Sizes- Part 5
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 8: Sizes- Part 6
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 9: Sizes- Part 7
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 10: Sizes- Part 8
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 11: Sizes- Part 9
Cut the Scuba fabric according to the dimensions shown in the picture.
Step 12: Starting to Sew
Take the pieces of scuba that you cut earlier for part 1.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
Step 13: Sewing
Take the pieces of scuba that you cut earlier for part 2.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
Step 14: Sewing
Take the pieces of scuba that you cut earlier for part 3.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
Step 15: Sewing
Take the pieces of scuba that you cut earlier for part 4 and 5.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
*Notice that both parts look the same. Repeat the instructions in each part.
Step 16: Sewing
To this section you need the velcro strips.
Cut each side into four pieces of ten cm
Take the pieces of scuba that you cut earlier for part 8.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
Step 17: Sewing
To this section you need the bag clips.
Take the pieces of scuba that you cut earlier for part 9.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
Step 18: Sewing
Take the pieces of scuba that you cut earlier for part 6.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
*Notice the colors of the straps.
Step 19: Sewing
Take parts 1,3 and 6 that you sew earlier and sew them together.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
Step 20: Sawing
To this section you need the buttons.
Take the pieces of scuba that you cut earlier for part 7 and the last part you sew.
Use a sewing machine and needle for the buttons and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
Step 21: Sewing - Almost Done
Take the two large pieces that you sew earlier.
Use a sewing machine and follow the yellow marks in the attached illustrations.
