Step 2: Preping
First we need to cut the bread into 3/4th's of an inch slices, cut as many as you would like, two pieces to one sandwich (trust me, you'll want more than one).
Then you'll need to cut the peppers horizontally into thin strips.

Step 3: Butter Your Bread!
Very important step! Butter one side of each slice of bread with room temperature butter, make sure to completely cover it. Then, Lightly sprinkle garlic powder on the butter side of the bread.
Step 4: Assembly!
The fun part now! First put your buttered bread butter side down in a frying pan (one that cooks slow preferably).
Step 2: get a slice of provolone and break it in half, put a half on each piece of bread
Step 3: get two slices of pepperoni and fold them in half (fold hard enough so they don't pop back up). Put on one of the slices of bread.
Step 4: pile the sliced pepper on top of of the pepperoni
Step 5: on the other slice of bread, spoon some spaghetti sauce onto the provolone (not too much, don't make it overflow)
Step 6: Pile a small handful of mozzarella onto the sauce
step 7: Sprinkle oregano onto both pieces of bread
Step 8: place a top over your pan so the cheese melts faster and everything gets hot

Step 5: Cooking
Cook on your stove over low-medium low heat covered. Check it every few minutes to see if the bottoms are getting browned. Mine are usually done and perfectly brown when all the cheese is melted (see picture).
When both are done to your liking, flip the piece with mozzarella onto the other and take out of the frying pan to your plate.

Step 6: Cut and Enjoy!
Once its on your plate, just get a knife and saw it in half diagonally. Enjoy eating a crispy yummy Italian sandwich :) I'd love to hear your feedback on it!
