About: I'm just making some ideas to become real.

Do you want more fun for your breakfast ?

This panda bread is what you need .

Enjoy!

Step 1: Ingredients and Suplies

600g Loaf (206 x 108 x100h)
300g Bread Flour
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk with 1 egg yolk (both should total 1 cup together)
3/4 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

1 tbsp green tea (Matcha) powder dissolved with 2 tsp hot water (or green food coloring)
3 1/2 tsp cocoa powder dissolved with 1 1/2 tsp hot water

Step 2: How to Make

1 - In a small bowl, microwave milk and egg yolk for about 30 seconds. Set aside. (I did 2 minutes, because It was very cold here, it helps the yeast work)

2 - In the bowl , combine flour, sugar and yeast.

3 - Add  butter, salt and milk mixture, stirring by hand or mixer

4 -Knead until dough comes together and pulls away from the sides, about 5-10 minutes. If the dough is sticky, add a tbsp-ful of dough at a time until it is smooth and elastic.

5 - Divide dough into three pieces, two about equal and one about 1/3 the size of the other two.

6 - Dissolve  the green tea and cocoa in water, and knead it to the dough.

7 - Place the dough in a warm place(it can be the oven), covered, to rise until doubled.

Step 3: How to Assemble

1 - Once dough is risen, on a floured surface, assemble the pieces , follow the step by step on the pics .

2 - Place dough in a lightly greased loaf pan, cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

3 - Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

4 - Once dough is risen, bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown on the outside .
Allow to cool completely on a cooling rack before slicing or serving.

Step 4: You Can Do It Better !

I tried 3 times to make this bread..
The first was total fail ... nobody could eat it.
The second looked like a monster LOL

The third time it worked finally .

So, don't give up. Maybe you need just try some times until you have a perfect panda bread.
Enjoy your bread !
