Paper Airplane Spaceship

Hello everyone! This Instructable has you build a normal paper airplane and remix it into a spaceship with a few easy modifications. It looks neat and if you painted it or something you could probably turn it into a Star Wars Star Destroyer or Super Star Destroyer. I hope you enjoy this Instructable and try to build it and make your own versions of this. Step 1: Materials

You will need:

Stapler with at least 2 staples,

8.5 by 11 size piece of paper but Legal and Tabloid sizes of paper make extra large airplanes

Step 2: Fold Paper Airplane

First you will want to fold a normal paper airplane. It should be a plain classic paper airplane with nothing fancy. I learned how to do this a long time ago from a book and then refreshed my memory with the Instructable I mentioned above.

Step 3:

(So sorry that the photos are upside down. Uploading them messed it up.) Next you will want to pull flaps on the bottom of paper airplane so there is a 1/4 in. overlap. Then staple on that overlap to hold your paper airplane together. Now take the flaps and fold them out so they make a large wing like piece. Now you have landing gear for your spaceship.

Step 4: Create Bridge

This is the trickiest step. You have to fold the back of the paper airplane stick up in a triangle shape to make a bridge for your spaceship. (If you succeed you can cut down the fold line on the bridge about halfway and fold them down for a more star destroyer like look)

Step 5: Your Done!
