This is a paper toy that uses ground effect to rise above the ground and move forward.

By blowing at its back, you replicate the lift and propulsion that occurs on a hovercraft or an ekranoplan.

This little toy is far from perfect and could certainly be improved ! Feel free to give me your feedback :-)

Supplies

A printer and a paper sheet, and that's it. You can use standard paper sheets (80g / m²) but you will get better results with thickier paper sheets.

For better performances, you can use tape to completely seal the joint between the two paper parts.

Step 1:

Enlarge the image by right-clicking on it and select "open in a new tab" or "display image". You can then save it on your device to print it.
