how many feet of paracord did this use?

A rule of thumb for bracelets is 1 foot to every inch of your wrist, plus 1 inch, then doubled. For example, if your wrist measured 6 inches, you'd use 6 feet + 1 inch × 2, making your total length 12 foot and 2 inches.

I used about 5 - 6 feet of paracord. But it really depends on the size of your wrist. If I were you I would use 6 feet just to be safe :-)
