There is a much easier way to do it. Instead of wrapping it around a chair, grab one end in your hand, bend your elbow to 90 degrees, and wrap it back and forth between your hand and the bottom of your elbow. Keep doing this until you have the same length left to wrap it that he did. Then follow the video. I find that this method of using your arm is much easier to do when you just want to put it up quickly. Otherwise, its a great video.
You pull it out of the center, not the part you end with. Hopefully that makes sense.
