Introduction: Parmesan Bacon Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
250g ground meat
100g bacon stripes
100g parmesan cheese
1 half cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt, pepper
Step 1: Preparation
Scatter salt & pepper tothe meat and add breadcrumbs & the egg. Stir everything together and form small meatballs out of the meat mix. Cut the bacon stripes in half and wrap them crossed around the meatballs.
Step 2: Finish
Cover the meatballs with parmesan cheese. Place them on baking paper an put them in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 30 minutes.
