everything is fine now. my question was: when I 1st started building geometry my Z+ direction was to the right of origin and tutorial Z+ was to the left of origin.

I could not get started because my "Z" axis point in the right direction and all tutorials "Z" axis point in the left direction. could not find a way to switch the direction.

The Z axis orientation in the face window being oriented into the part or away from the part is an optional programming input convention that does not effect the NC output. You can change this in the menu Job Optimizer > Defaults > Turning and check/uncheck the positive Z programming check box. The tutorials were done with this enabled and PartMaker defaults with this option on for a new SwissCAM installation.
