Intro: Pasta Kurkure

_ Pasta kurkure is one of the special unique snack made with pasta shells and spices.
_ You can take any type of pasta shells .Wheat pasta can also be an healthier option.
_ Pasta kurkure can be made very easily without any kneading or rolling with the available pasta shells .
_ For making pasta kurkure we need to coat the boiled pasta with flours and fry them.After frying you can add any spices to make them very tasty.
_ These are very crispy and crunchy.

STEP 1: Boil Water in Vessel

_ Take 2 cups of water in a vessel and boil it .Add Half teaspoon of salt and teaspoon cooking oil.

STEP 2: Add One Cup Pasta

_ Add One cup pasta and cook until pasta is almost 80 percent cooked.

STEP 3: Strain Cooked Pasta

_ Strain cooked pasta using colander

STEP 4: Add Flours

_ Add one tablespoon Rice flour and One tablespoon Corn flour.

STEP 5: Coat Pasta With Flours

_ Toss well such that pasta gets coated with added flours.
_ After coating with flours sieve the pasta so that extra flour will be removed .

STEP 6: Fry Coated Pasta

_ Take cooking oil in wok and heat to medium flame.When oil is heated add coated pasta little by little and fry them until they turn little golden brown colour.

STEP 7: Add Spices

_ Add half tablespoon Red chilli powder and add half tablespoon chat masala powder.
_ You can add spices and masalas of your own choice to get different flavours .

STEP 8: Add Remaining Spices

_ Add salt as per taste and little garam masala powder .
_ After adding all spices toss well so that fried pasta gets coated well with spices.

STEP 9: Pasta Kurkure Is Ready

_ pasta Kurkure is ready. You can store them in airtight container and enjoy them .
