Introduction: Peach Maiden

About: good. bye.
Peaches are a delicious summer treat perfect for smoothies, in a pie or just by themselves as a refreshing afternoon snack.  One peach contains only 68 calories and is chock full of 10 different vitamins including a healthy dose of vitamin A – important for healthy vision.  Peaches also hold a hefty helping of a little mineral called potassium which is vital to help maintain a healthy blood pressure.  Peaches are also a great digestion aid – containing 3 grams of fiber per peach.  Peach Maiden contains an entire peach – making it a healthier choice cocktail.  And who doesn’t want to add a little nutrition to their fun night of drinking?

Peach Maiden is quite a similar recipe to a Bellini Recipe – containing peaches and white wine.  There are a few dissimilarities between the two though.  For instance, you are more likely to be able to make a Peach Maiden with ingredients you have in your kitchen right now – saving you a shopping trip.  Peach Maiden contains peaches, ice, peach schnapps, and any white wine you prefer.  Sweeter wine such as Moscato will result in a sweeter cocktail, as will a dryer wine make the drink a little stiffer.
