Step 1: Step 1

Materials required for 1 earring:

19 pcs jump rings
Ear wire
5 pcs assorted flat beads or chips

First, let's pick up one jump ring.

Step 2: Step 2: How to Open Jump Rings

Now, using 2 flat nose or bent nose pliers grip the jump ring on both sides of the split. While holding the pliers move your hands in opposite directions, one plier towards you and the other pliers away from you.

You will see the split opening up.

Step 3: Step 3: How to Close Jump Rings

Once the jump ring is open, insert 7 close jump rings into the opened split.
Now, close your jump ring by griping the jump ring on both sides of the split just like what you did in Step 2, but this time, move your hands towards each other and have the split meet again.

You will see the split is closing.

Step 4: Step 4

Doing the same process of opening and closing jump rings, insert one jump ring in the following order: 1st & 2nd, 2nd & 3rd, 3rd * 4th and so and so forth until you reach your 7th jump ring.
