About: As part of the human-edited directory Chiff.com, Chiff Cooking & Recipes provide millions of visitors a year with a fast way to find recipes and instructions for the holidays, special occasions, and everyd…
I got the idea for this recipe from the  “Taste of Home - Appetizers and Small Plates”. Tonight the kids and I made this dessert with ease. There were no difficult steps or hard to get ingredients. This can be great with any fruit, in case bananas aren’t your favorite.

To shave of some calories I didn’t use the shortening and didn’t miss it. The kids really had fun baking this and even more fun eating it!

Step 1: Ingredients

1 tube (16 ½ oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened
2 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon shortening

Step 2: Add the Dough to the Pizza Pan

Press the dough onto an ungreased 14 inch pizza pan.

Step 3: Spreading the Dough

Hint: it's easier if you begin at the center of the pan and press the dough out toward the sides.

Step 4: Bake Until Golden Brown

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Step 5: Add Cream Cheese Topping

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs and sugar; beat until combined. Spread over crust.

Step 6: Add Nut Topping

Sprinkle with peanut butter chips and peanuts.

Step 7: Return to the Oven - and You're Almost Done!

Return pizza to the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until center is set. Cool for 15 minutes.

Step 8: Chocolate Drizzle

In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Drizzle over pizza.

Yield: 16 slices.

Enjoy!
