Intro: Peanut Butter Popcorn

This is one of the best popcorn recipies I have tried.

By accident I halved the butter in this receip and it worked out fine litter better I think some of the popcorn flavor comes through.

STEP 1: Ingredients

One large batch of popcorn (2/3c kernels)
1/2c butter
3/4c brown sugar
1/4c peanut butter (a lump about the size an egg)
20 large marshmallows or about 2c of fluff

Large bowl, Spoon, Sauce pan, Parchment paper, Popcorn popper

STEP 2: Pop the Popcorn

Pop about one gallon of pop corn.

You can use two or three bags of the microwave stuff.

STEP 3: Melt the Goo

Add marshmallows, butter, brown sugar and peanut butter to pan and melt the marshmallows completely.

This can also be done in the microwave at 15 sec bursts stirring after each

STEP 4: Mix

Pour the goo over the popcorn and fold in untill well mixed. Spread on parchment and cool.

STEP 5: Eat

Can margarine be substituted for butter? I'm lactose intolerant, so it's difficult finding recipes without.
You could, I didn't want to say it after the comments on the butter battle. https://www.instructables.com/id/The-Great-and-Epic-Butter-Battle/
Yes! But there is also lactose free butter (at least here in the north of Europe).
Yummy, yummy! Made them yesterday, looking forward to tonight :)
I just made this! It's very tasty.
Oh, sounds scrummy - does it set hard, or sticky?
Oh, popcorn brittle!
more like chewy like a rice crispy treat
That's good too.
Looks great, and an easy-to-convert-to-vegan recipe. Thanks!
Looks good!
