Introduction: Peanut Butter French Toast
So for 3 pieces of peanut butter french toast. You will need the following!
6 pieces of bread
3 eggs
splash of milk
cinnamon
peanut butter
syrup
So make 3 peanut butter sandwiches. 2 pieces of bread with thick layer of peanut butter evenly in between. Now that your sandwiches are squished together drag them through the egg wash. (generally one egg and a spash of milk stirred together is good per piece of toast) and throw them on a griddle sprayed lightly with olive oil. Let go for 3 to 4 minutes. Just before you flip the toast mist the top with olive oil. Flip and let go 3 to 4 more minutes.
On a stove top it would be medium high and on a griddle it would be around 350F degrees. Dash each side with cinnamon
Once both sides are browned serve with syrup.
If you haven't had peanut butter that is hot and running out of toast you are missing out!! This stuff is awesome!!

Would this be good with a layer of ham, turkey, cheese, etc. and served up like a Monte Cristo with jelly.....or would that be overload? This looks good....runny, warm peanut butter is indeed awesome.
