Introduction: Pepperoni & Cheese Twist Bread - Easy Recipe
This bread has a crispy buttery outside, moist soft flavorful inside. Really easy to make. No mixer and no bread machine required. The dough is proofed only once, so fairly quick to make. Eat while hot and fresh out of the oven, super tasty!

80g (1/3 cup) milk
80g (1/3 cup) warm water
7g (2 tsp) yeast
5g (1 tsp) sugar
125g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
125g (1 cup) bread flour
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
dash of garlic powder & oregano (optional)
15g (1 tbs) melted butter
60g (2/3 cup) shredded cheese
7-8 slices pepperoni cut into small pieces
