Pepperoni, Pesto, & Prickly Pear Pizza

Intro: Pepperoni, Pesto, & Prickly Pear Pizza

This is a sweet pie. I made 4 in an hour,  but as a photo will show, I move pretty fast.  Its simple, cheap, and better dough is a better pizza..... if you have the time.

STEP 1: Ingredients

Pesto, pizza souce, a Boboli (or better), mozzeralla, cactus (nopalitos).

STEP 2: Prep

Thoroughly rinse and dry cacti.

STEP 3: Slap It Together

Smear pesto, add red pizza sauce, sprinckle cheese, add pepperoni, lay on cacti (yes, I startes to cheese before the photo.... I forgot), then MORE cheese.

STEP 4: Slam the Door on It

This was 6 minues @ 450. Then I hit broil for a couple to get that golden lust on it..... enjoy
