Step 1: This Is Simple.
Start out with your eye shadow always. Use the under layer and the shadow. I use silver-black.
Step 2: Eyeliner
Next you use your eye liner. I use the pencil type from dollar general. They work the best. You lightly cover the inside of your top and bottom lid. Then very lightly on the outside of your top eyelid.
Step 3: Mascara
Put mascara on your top AND bottom eye lashes. On the bottom lid make sure the mascara doesn't get on the skin under the lashes.
