Introduction: Pineapple Drop Cookies

These are the best fruit cookies ever! They have a tropical flavor that will make you think you are on a vacation! They taste fresh, and the texture of the raisins in the cookie is so good! This is a cherished family recipe that everyone loves. I highly recommend making them, and seeing what you think!

Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Butter

- 1 Egg

- 2 cups Sifted Flour

- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

- 1 tsp Vanilla

- 1/2 cup Raisins

- 1 cup Brown Sugar

- 3/4 cup Crushed Pineapple

- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Step 2: Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees

Step 3: Cream Butter and Brown Sugar Together

Cream softened butter and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl. Wait for it to become a solid mixture.

Step 4: Add Egg

Add the egg to the mixture, and stir it together until it is mixed fully.

Step 5: Add Pineapple Chunks

Add the small pineapple chunks to the mixture, and mix together.

Step 6: Sift Flour

Sift all the flour into a bowl.

Step 7: Add Salt, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda

Add the salt, baking powder, and baking soda to the flour, and mix together.

Step 8: Add Dry Ingredients to Wet Ingredients

Add the flour mixture into the batter in small increments. Mix until fully combined, but do not over mix.

Step 9: Add Vanilla and Raisins

Add the raisins and vanilla into the batter, and mix until combined.

Step 10: Baking the Cookies

Scoop cookie batter onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Cook them for around 10 minutes, but watch them carefully.
