Introduction: Plant Powered Calculator

About: Hello, I am 17 year old innovator living in India. My interest lies in Electronics. Surf through my creations and enjoy!!!!1

In this instructable I will show you how to turn on calculator with the voltage generated from plants.

Yes, plants generate electricity but how to just read the instructable further to step by step how to power calculator from electricity generated by plants.

We will do this with two plants.

Step 1: First of All, Cathode.

For generating electricity from plants, the main thing you should focus is the cathode. You shoul take the cathode as aluminium foil.

First take aluminium foil and wrap around wire. Now your cathode is ready.

Anode is the copper so no need to worry as wires are made around copper.

Step 2: Wires

Now, cut the wires and get them in this combination as shown in the image.

Step 3: First Connection

Now, connect the wire with one sided aluminium foil from one plant to another.

Step 4: Bury

Bury the wires deep inside the soil.

Step 5: Connection-2

Now take the aluminium wrapped wire and place it in the plant with aluminium wrapped portion covered with soil.

NOTE: DO THIS CONNECTION IN THE PLANT WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER ALUMINIUM WRAPPED WIRE FROM CONNECTION-1.

Step 6: Anode From Other

Now connect the simple wire from other plant and your connection is ready.

Step 7: Check the Volt

Now, connect the multi meter and check the voltage.

Step 8: Calculator

Now open the calculator and do the connection as shown in the image and connect it with plants and the let it be for two hours and then turn on. It will work....
