Introduction: Plants Vs Zombies Costume

My son wanted to be a conehead zombie for halloween. We decides to make a mask and buy the outfit. The zombie hands were purchased from spirithalloween.

Step 1: Paper Mache

We started with a childs quad helmet and formed chicken wire on top to get the zombie shape. Then we used strips of paper mache for the base.

Step 2: Paper Mache Lips

Then we used paper mache pulp to form the lip shape.

Step 3: Painting It Green

We painted everything the perfect zombie green.

Step 4: Finishing Touches

We used foam balls cut in half for the eyes, foam squares for teeth and a paper mache cone for the caution cone. Pipe cleaners were shoved into the paper mache for the hair.
