Playing the Violin

Step 1: Getting Your Things

You will need:

A violin

A violin bow

Rosin

A cloth

A shoulder rest

Step 2: Reading Music

For the lines:
From the bottom line to the top remember, Every Green Bus Drives Fast
And for the gaps (from bottom to top) remember FACE

Step 3: Getting Ready to Play

You must rosin your bow if it's yellow!

Put your shoulder rest on your violin

TUNE!

Step 4: Packing Up

Once finished playing, you must:

Loosen the bow hair until the wood almost touches the hair

Wipe your strings with the cloth and around the bridge

Take your shoulder rest off

Wipe (with the cloth) the WOOD on the bow above the hair
