Glue the wooden frames together.
Important note!!
There are two frames sized 250 mm.
Only glue one of them!
The other one will serve as a lid later.
Step 7: Closure
Drill holes for the screws on the inside of the 250mm frames.
Attach the 3D printed closure parts with the screws.
Step 8: Hinges
Using the nails, attach the hinges to the the opposite side of the frames.
Step 9: Glue Again
Glue the bottom and lid on.
Step 10: Almost Finished
Drive a screw into the lidframe.
Place the plexiglass sheet into the lid.
The closure and screw will hold it in place.
Insert the light bulb socket trought the hole, then insert light bulb.
Step 11: Finish!
Turn on the lights and voilà!
Good luck and have fun! :)

I love this kind of instructable; a great execution of a simple concept. It makes me want to take this idea and put my own spin on it. I'm thinking dyed wood layers with the sides sanded smooth.

If there is anything that needs to be changed in the files, for example you want to make a smaller or bigger hexagon lamp, or a pentagon or triangle, then I will be happy to change the files and send them to you. :)
