Introduction: Poached Eggs
Good Morning peeps!
Here in Pakistan we are blessed to enjoy all four weathers. Now its spring season here, As Feb is the month of beauty, flowers, love and fragrances so enjoying it with yummy breakfast. Here I'm sharing my beautiful and nutritious breakfast which contains poached eggs, nuts, carb, cucumber and fresh orange juice. It's a quick and easy recipe to start a perfect morning.
Supplies
For making perfect poached eggs breakfast we need
- eggs
- lil water
- pinch of salt as per your taste
- black pepper
- almond
- cashew nuts
- bread
- cucumber
- fresh oranges
TOOLS
- microwave
- cup
- plate
- glass
- orange juice maker
Step 1: Eggs
Take eggs.
Step 2: Water & Salt
Take a lil water in a cup, add a pinch of salt in it or as per your taste.

Step 3: Crack & Pour
crack an egg and pour it carefully in the cup

Step 4: 2 Minuts in Microwave
Now put that cup in microwave for 2 minutes only. Healthy poached eggs are ready to serve. Take out ready eggs n place in a plate sprinkle black pepper over it and garnish with green garlic.
Step 5: Complete Plate
peal a cucumber curled it nicely to make it look more beautiful in the plate. Placed soaked & pealed almond, cashew nuts and bread. Home made fresh juice made out of fresh & delicious Pakistani oranges. That's my complete delicious, nutritious breakfast to start a beautiful day.
Step 6: Flowers
Flowers make my day more beautiful and refreshing. Fresh flowers are important part of my daily routine.
