I always saw pictures of these, and I decided I wanted to try for myself! I'd say they turned out well! I started with a white coat, used a skinny black brush to paint a line with a circle inside, and used a red polish to fill in the top. Just be careful and apply top coat horizontally the first coat, because the red and black will smear on to the white! Please rate and add comments- I'd really appreciate it!
