Police Scanner Small Mobile Dipole Antenna Installation

My mobile police/EMT scanner needed a better antenna, but I didn't want a large antenna on the car; I stumbled onto a mini dipole that was tuned for the 800 mhz band.  I've made similar antennas in the past from scraps but this one looked pretty clean and neat.  The installation in a 2005 Mustang was very easy and the results are very good.  Thanks for taking a look.
