Popping Chocolates

These innocent looking treats have a trick inside them. Give them to your trick-or-treaters and watch as the discover the popping trick inside.

You will need:
Chocolate - Whatever kind you prefer, I used dark chocolate because that is what I had
Pop Rocks
Silicon ice cube tray - I got mine at Dollar Tree

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate

Chop the chocolate into small pieces, this will help it melt easily without burning

Melt however you would like, I used the microwave stirring it every 20 seconds

Step 2: Form the Chocolates

Line each of the compartments with a layer of chocolate

Put a small spoonfull of Pop Rocks into each compartment

Cover the Pop Rocks with the remaining chocolate

Refrigerate or freeze until hardened

Step 3: Pass Them Out

Shock your friends and family with chocolates that come alive in their mouths!
