Introduction: Pork Stuffed Bramley Apples

Blogger Emily Leary, also known as A Mummy Too, shares her simple and delicious recipe for pork stuffed Bramley apples

Step 1: Cook the Onion

Heat a oil in a pan and add one chopped brown onion

Step 2: Cook the Sausage Meat

Add 270g of sausage meat to the pan and cook through

Step 3: Add the Herbs and Spices

Add:

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of sage

salt and pepper

Cook through with the meat, then set aside.

Step 4: Prepare and the Apples

Set the oven at 200 degrees centigrade, 180 for a fan oven.

Slice the top off the apples and remove the core.

Step 5: Add the Pork Mixture to the Apples

Add a beaten egg to the pork mixture and fill the apples, replacing the top of the apples to make a 'lid'.

Step 6: Wrap the Apples in Foil and Bake

Wrap each apple individually from top to bottom. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 7: Serve

Serve the stuffed apples with veg of your choice. Enjoy!
