Introduction: Portable Speaker JBL GTO429 + JBL TWEETS + 2 DAYTON 3 1/2' WOOFERS

This is the final product. First of all Im working on a cruis ship and sometimes i have a lot of free time and you can get bored very quick. second thing my spelling skills are not perfect so bare with me.
My first project was a bit of a fail because the SeaHorse se120f was a very small box for what i had in mind but every thinf fitted inside but i had no bass si it was back to the shopping for a bigger box. Seahorse se520 was perfect.

Step 1: Lets Start

My first project was a bit of a fail because the SeaHorse se120f was a very small box for what i had in mind but every thinf fitted inside but i had no bass si it was back to the shopping for a bigger box. Seahorse se520 was perfect.
My intent was to make a speaker to make everyone interested and fascinated about something that you can make with your one hands, and not just go and buy a bosse soundlink and pai 300-400 for a brand name.
So I found some apeakers . JBL GTO429 Premium 4inch and some GTO18T 1inch my-Ti tweeters . Both have 92dB so is more than i needed. Found a digital amp 2x100w tk2050 class -D and 2 2000mAH NIMH 12V battery's and vualla. Of corse some sound dampenind and some wood inserts because the plastic box is very sturdy but stil gets some vibrations and .
Cool for now but still i was getting borred and ther a greate ideea came to me . Whi not pot some soobs . Dayton ND91-8 3 1/2' and secondery TDA7492 Digital amp. with a aditional bass controller and filter . And I made 2 separete small boxes for the JBL speakers to protect them from any i terference . and everythind came together .
I ger over 20h of use with no problem.. weight btw 5.4kg.
