Introduction: Pouch Sack Made for Molle System, Part of Pouch Wheelchair Accessories

The sustainable Molle system bag Pouch sack is made from recycled pants and elastic. It is part of Pouch Wheelchair Accessories. Supplies

Tools

  • Pins 
  • Ruler
  • Pens/Pencils
  • Fabric and Paper Scissors
  • Iron 
  • Needle and Thread 

Step 1: Cutting Material

  • I removed the elastic from the backpack to use later
  • I cut the pants 30cm long ways and the pants were 18-20cm wide (I used the lager width at the top)

Step 2: Sewing the Sack

  • I folded over the top seam twice
  • Put elastic in between the fabric
  • Pinned and sewed down the seam
  • Turned inside out and sewed the bottom seams together
  • Burnt the ends of the elastic

Step 3: Straps to Connect to Molle System

Using the sack bag connect three straps to the back, follow the images and instructions

  1. Collect materials: Webbing, needle and thread, velcro or snap buttons and lighter
  2. Cut 31cm pieces of webbing for the amount of straps you want (I used three straps, the straps are place 2.5cm apart)
  3. Add a 2x2 cm square of velcro or a snap buttons to opposites sides of the webbing
  4. Got lighter ready to burn the edges of the webbing
  5. Burn both of the edges of the webbing
  6. Connect the Velcro and flatten the webbing to make sure it stays flat, burn the edges, sew on the velcro
  7. Pin the straps 2.5cm apart and sew the back rectangle to the bag
  8. Sewn straps
  9. (Optional)Connect straps to the Pouch Molle system sides
