Step 1:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.

Step 2:

In a large mixing bowl, combine your sugar and egg.

Step 3:

After the egg and milk have been combined thoroughly, add the vanilla, oil, milk and cinnamon. Stir these until combined.

Step 4:

Add the flour mixture to your wet mixture and stir until there are no lumps.

Step 5:

Spray your donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 6:

Fill the molds a little over half full.

Step 7:

Bake in the oven that's been preheated to 350° and cook for 7 minutes, or until you can insert a fork or toothpick and it comes out clean.

Step 8:

Pour the powdered sugar into a bag. Place the donuts 2 at a time in the bag and shake until the donuts are completely covered in the powdered sugar.

Step 9:

Try not to eat all of them in one go, they are that good.

I love that they are baked and not fried, so I can convince myself that they're *that* much healthier but still drown them in sugar and eat a whole batch! Nice recipe :)

Haha, I know! Seriously, the store brand kind are dry and stick to the roof of your mouth and I've never liked them, but these are like bite sized awesomeness that I have eaten way too many. Thanks for the kind words!
