Simple and genial thing is POWER UFO overhead. All you need is some piece of wood, plastic, or MDF, OSB etc.

Step 1: Planning

For this project you dont need measuring tools. You just must to find some plate where you can place power sockets (I have 4, choose your ammount). I must say that placing quick air socket to the center of my UFO was very good idea.

Step 2: Base Plate and Assembling

First you must choose the shape of your UFO. I like working with my router and circle jig, so I decided round shape.

You can make square, rectangle, octagon, everything is OK.

Good for hanging som tools are the holes circumferentially drilled / routed. When is your shape finished, you can install to the base plate power and air sockets. Make an alectric installation and air input to your sockets.

Screw three or four hooks to the base plate. One hook is need to be screwed to the ceilling. Hang your UFO by chain on hooks and enjoy comfort of new square meters you will find in your good old shop : )
