Candy wrappers
Rubber balls

STEP 2: The Fun Part

Wrap candy wrapper around ball.

STEP 3: Uses

Offer to people at a Xmas party or stuff in someone's stocking. Giggle to yourself.

I think being negative and being constructive aren't the same, if you want to give an advice, do it in a nice way, not in a negative way. So, if you want to give constructive criticism, I don't think the author of this instructable, babyseal123, would mind. Just stay positive :)
