Intro: Pretty Pearl Necklace

Make this with ribbon and a party necklace!
You'll need
-4ft of ribbon (2 for the neck, 1 for each bow)
-a plastic party necklace (i used 1 big one; 2-3 small ones should be good too)

STEP 1:

Tie 2ft of ribbon to the party necklace slightly off-centered to get a tiered effect.

STEP 2:

Tie bows over top of the knots, and you're done!
