Introduction: Pretzel Rolo Christmas Thingies

About: Just a dude who is somewhat crafty, sometimes.

My sainted Mother taught me this three Christmases ago. Cheap and simple yet delicious.
Here is the list of needed things:

Cookie sheet
Mini pretzels
Rolo candies
Wax paper
pecan halves
Sea salt (optional)
oven
electricity

DISCLAIMER: THESE CONTAIN NUTS! IF YOU HAVE NUT ALLERGIES YOU MAY WISH TO NOT EAT THESE.

Step 1: Step One

Prep
As with any food prep, it is always important to wash your hands before starting.
Preheat the oven to 150. YES 150!
Line your sheet tray with a single piece of wax paper.
Remove your Rolo candies from the bag and spread them out.
COUNT THEM!
My bag contained 56. My wife stole 3. That left 53.
Open your mini pretzels and sift out any bad ones or broken ones.
Line them out on your sheet tray. Mine held 48.
Unwrap your rolo candies from their aluminum foil cages.
Place one candy on each pretzel.
Put the tray in the oven for 4 minutes.

Step 2: Finishing

Remove the tray from the oven.
Press a pecan half on each Rolo and squeeze it into the three pretzel openings.
This must be done quickly before the Rolo candies harden up again.
Let them cool and enjoy!
For an added bonus flavor, try sprinkling a bit of sea salt on them.
