This is a pulley I thought of. Step1. Take the stick and put it through the wheel with the ridges in it. Step2. Tie the string to the basket. Step4. Put the string in the ridges on the wheel. P.S. to make the pulley hang where you want just put 2 hooks in the length of the stick. Now just hang it and your ready to go.
