Intro: Pumpkin Muffins

1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
15oz can of pumpkin purée
1/4 cup vegetable oil

STEP 2: Dry Mixing

To begin preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit. next wisk together all of the spices, sugar, baking powder ,Soda, and flour.

STEP 3: Wet Ingredients

Now that you have stirred together the dry ingredients add the pumpkin eggs and oil.

STEP 4: Baking

Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin or place cupcake liners in. Then transfer to the oven for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
