Introduction: Pumpkin Pastry

It's pumpkin time and Time to make something new with pumpkin.

So i try to make this pumpkin pastry and its so delicious . You can make it in mourning as breakfast or evenning as sneaks .

Anyone can eat it, kids will love it and those who don't like pumpkin easily can make it in this way and it will be delicious, yummy

Supplies

Ingredients :

1.100gm Pumpkin

2.Red pepper (1/4 tea spoon)

3.Turmeric Powder (1/4 tea spoon)

4.Oil (4 tea spoon)

5.Hot tomato souce (10gm)

6.Mayonnaise (home made if you want to take real taste of this recipe and you need to add 1/4 tea spoon Bell pepper , 0.5 tea spoon milk powder, a pinch of salt, 1/4 tea spoon suger,1/4 tea spoon gerlic paste )

Step 1: Cutting

First of all we need to take a piece of pumpkin .

Then we need to cut the peel of pumpkin and cut the piece of pumkin carefully into triangle size.

And wash them in water

Step 2: Mixing

In this step we need to mix well the spices( Red pepper, Turmeric powder, salt ) with the triangle size pumpkin.

take a pan, give oil and pieces of pumkin on the pan

Step 3: Fry

fry the pumkin in low medium temperature and boil well

after 5 minutes turn over and now make sure the temparature medium high for colouring of pumpkin

when the pumpkin look redish , remove it from stove and take on a plate.

Step 4: Decoration

take a piece and give a layer of mayonnise, take another piece and placed on the layer of mayonnaise

Make the rest like this.

Now Garnish with tomato sauce and mayonnaise as you like and eat them....
