The purpose of our product is to make peanut butter but instead of peanuts we use walnuts.
Step 1: Ingredients
Walnuts 2 cups
Honey 3/4 tbls
Step 2: Steps
Toast Walnuts for eight minutes at 350 degrees.
Put walnuts in food processor pulse until ground up.
Process until you get the consistency you like.
Add ¾ tbls of honey.
Process for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Conclusion
Now you have a healthy and tasty spread local to Vermont.

I haven't tried walnuts before, but almond butter is pretty good.
