Introduction: Quick Cheese Samosa

About: I'm a mom of 4 and I love to craft! Anything and Everything interests me and i love to create in the process of learning.
Samosa's are generally made with mince meat filling. If you have guests visiting you, who don't mind the extra fat :-) or you have hungry little mouths that need a quick delicious snack.... this is it!

Step 1: Ingredients!

Samosa strips ( you could use the spring roll sheets and cut it in 3)
100g  Cream Cheese
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 big onion finely chopped
a pinch of pepper

You make 10 Samosas

Step 2: Mix!

Mix all Ingredients! Taste and add more pepper if you need it  :-)

Step 3: The Fold

If you have bought the spring roll sheets...cut it into  long strips

Fold a triangle in one end...fold it back on to the strip to form another triangle ( this is hard to explain...thank god for pictures!)
You would form a  cone now...Fill with the filling
Cover with the strip ( follow the pic! :-) 0
you may cut the excess or just fold and past or  fold and slip it in to the pocket.
Deep fry and serve hot!
Some like it with sauce :-)

Step 4: Fry!

Fry and serve hot!
