Colour card sheet papers.
A pen
Pencil
Glue

Step 2: Creating the Blank Card.

I choose red card sheet. Fold it into half.

Step 3: Cut Shapes Out of Different Coloured Card Sheets As Shown in the Pictures.

Draw the required shapes on the sheet using a pencil and cut it out using a scissor. Stick them as shown using a glue.

Step 4: Write Your Message.

Make a small rectangular cutting and write down your message as shown in the picture.

Step 5: Decorate Your Card.

Make gift shaped cutting from card sheets. Use a pen to make designs on it.

Step 6: Stick Your Message and the Tiny Gift Cuttings As Shown.

Step 7: Decorate the Inside of Your Card.

Make balloon shaped card sheet cuttings. Glue them to the blank card. Write down birthday greetings on those balloons. :D
