Quilling a Heart

Step 1:

Get quilling paper

Step 2:

Get quilling pen

Step 3:

Twist it up very tight

Step 4:

Slowly pry it off the pen,then let it go loose a little and pinch the bottom

Step 5:

Put your finger at the top while pinchin the bottom. Then push down on the top and pinch. And your done
