Large feather

Scissors

Pen ink insert

Skewer

Step 1: Cut

trim the feather so it is comfortable.

Then cut off the tip and hollow out the inside with the skewer.

Finally cut the ink insert to fit and insert it in the feather.

Step 2: Finished!

and you are finished!

Now, go practise your calligraphy to your hearts content!

you can also make a classic quill by cutting on about a 45° angle from one side, from the tip of the feather.
