Introduction: REPAIRNG SCRATCHES ON THE WALL
That don't bother me at all.
Playing solitaire till dawn with a deck of 51
Smoking cigarettes and watching Captain Kangaroo
Now don't tell me, I've nothing to do.
I've got a repair to do.
Step 1: SCRATCHES
The metal headboard scratched the wall. Repainting the wall is simple enough, but how do I prevent it from happening again and again.
Step 2: REPURPOSING
I came across a whole bunch of chair leg bottoms, the kind that stick to the foot of a chair leg to protect the floor from scratches.
Step 3: I REPURPOSED THEM
All this was really easy -- and the dogs and cat weren't even disturbed.
Step 4: WALL PAINT
Always keep extra paint if possible. I have a whole bunch of extra paints all labeled for their different uses. STIR well since it has probably settled. Apply several light coats and voila!
Step 5: REPAIRED
And those button cushions should prevent those scratches from returning.
Step 6: A VERY SIMPLE FIX
Elementary!

Next time, paint some flowers on the wall, that would look even better... and you could count them too! ;)
