I made a rainbow calendar for July.

Supplies

You’ll need cardstock paper, colored pencils, ruler, pencil.

Step 1:

You’ll put 7&a half inch lines on both sides one quarter of an inch away of the side like shown.Now you’ll put lines across the paper with one in a half inches between each other.

Step 2:

now you’ll do 5 more seven and a half inch lines going up one and a half inches apart from each other ON THE ONEFARTHEST TO THE RIGHT MAKE IT SIX INCHES.

Step 3:

Now you’ll need to put you days of the week on for the two on the right go right down to the first line below the others.

Step 4:

Now put your month over Sunday and Monday.

Step 5:

you’ll be putting the numbers into place now in the top right corner but make sure that the first for numbers are lighter because that’s the last numbers for June.

Step 6:

For thirty and thirty one you’re going to put a diagonal line in the numbers 23 and 24 squares like shown. Then put the numbers thirty and thirty one in the bottom left corner of those triangles you just have made.

Step 7:

Now your going to put the colors of the rainbow up and down (red orange yellow green blue indigo and violet).

Step 8:

now your going to get another piece of card stock paper and draw a parrot out line like this.

Step 9:

You will put a branch across the page and add two claws on the right side of the parrot put lines down the tail and make a line to make the mouth on the beak. You might want to look at the picture to make the shape of the wing. At the top you’ll make a curved line then go down at an angle twice.Put a circle around the eye.

Step 10:

Put some red coloring on the top to start the parrot color.

Step 11:

Now put green in the middle and blue all the rest of the way down.with some black as a shadow. Make sure to add redlines around the eye and black under the smile only a little bit over the smile.

Step 12:

Color the branch brown and the two claws black.

Step 13:

Now that you finished your colorful bird and your colorful calendar take both the sheets and flip them over and tape them together and flip them over again and YOU’VE FINISHED!!!
